I bought an iphone 6 plus 3 weeks ago and after I used 7days, I found when I press the top of screen, I can hear something like clicking. Then I contact Apple and sent it back. After 1 week, they returned it back and said there was no problem. After I received it, I didn't even activate it, just pressed, the sound was back. Not only this, they made a deep scratch on the left top of back. I was so angry and I contacted them again and took a video. They told me to send it to apple support again. And today, they emailed me, said this is a normal behavior for iphone 6 and 6 plus, I will receive it tomorrow. It really xxxxed me. What can I do now? No way to express replacement, no way to repair. Please help me out, guys!!!!!

play around with the iPhones at the store and see if they do that. If they do not make the same sound, you got the evidence.

Is there any difference if I when to apple store? The technician told me this is a normal behavior..... I can't accept it.
Demonstrating it personally usually gets them to do something, especially if you can compare to some other models that are in the store to show that they don't do it. They will generally do something about it then and there and you can see the end result right away, without mailing it back and forth and not knowing what you are getting back until the very end.

Ha, I told them and, obviously, they don't answer about that.

Unfortunately I don't have any local store near my home...

You must have apple care? Hasn't been a year yet. So use the apple care hotline and this time use your 6+ to call them :D

----------

So.... Should I just accept it?

No you shouldn't accept it. How far is an apple store from you?

----------

Wait for spring break then. Show them the video and I'm thinking you should be fine.

Is the screen coming out? Get a case if it is. Don't want any more damage the phone.

The technician caused this? or is he the one pressing it? Just don't forget to book an apple appointment!

----------

I think the only thing you can do is observe and record anything suspicious.

I had the same problem. Got my phone replaced...same problem but worse. Went back to Apple, went through 5 phones and finally got one that's good. This one clicks a tiny but if you let it sit for a bit but it's nothing to worry about.

I will go to Apple store. Do you know what's the difference between Genius Bar and Retail Store? I just bought a Applecare+ yesterday, I hope it is useful...
