6 Plus Battery Drain

I am not getting as good of battery life as I used to. I have background app refresh off, all notifications except for Twitter, snapchat off, location services except for maps off, auto brightness, auto time zone reduce motion on everything I can think of. Wifi off. Strong lte signal. These are my current usage stats. It starts to drain fast after 80%. What is the problem?

I get one hour twenty mins for the whole first 10% on my 6+, so you're doing better than me! My battery life has been poor ever since I updated to 8.1.2, and it remains poor on 8.1.3

I'm pretty sure that the first 10% lasts the longest on all iPhones. It will stay on 100% for a good while and then start dropping. The last 10% flies by.
