6 Plus: detailed measurements of distance of camera/flash from edge and speaker locations as well?

I'm having a leather worker create a custom case for me for the iPhone 6s Plus I have on order. I only have a 5S on hand and he's working remotely, so I'm hoping someone can help me with this!

• He has asked me to provide two data points about the camera assembly
  • Precise distance from the edge that it's closest to
  • The horizontal/vertical dimensions of the camera assembly.
• I also need to get some dimensions/measurements on the speaker:
  • Distance from the edge that it's closest to
  • Length of the speaker cutouts

I've looked everywhere online and can't find these data points! Thanks so much to whoever can help.
