iPhone 6 Plus: Screen Flickers

Sometimes my screen will flicker once when in an app. It does this in messages sometimes.

Is this software related? I don't think it's hardware because it's usually in an app when I open it.

Jailbroken? If so, is iconomatic installed? Do you use it to hide labels? I noticed I had screen flickers and once I used something else to hide labels, the flickers stopped.

I have iconomatic but not using to hide labels
