Never thought I would say it but yes my iPhone 6 Plus has bent slightly. I have noticed my screen clicking for the past couple of months and was showing someone that the screen was loose and clicking when we noticed the phone has a slight bend

Where do i stand as far as getting a replacement?! There is no physical damage to the phone it's in pretty good condition. And still with in a year

Sorry most everyone here will tell you it didn't happen. Even if you post pictures. Even if you babied that thing like your first born.

My 6+ also has a slight bend to it, pretty annoying but nothing major that I couldn't live without. Looking forward to improvements with the 6s plus

No just a 6 plus hopefully. I was going to sell this one and buy a 6s+ but can't sell it with a defect
Do you have Apple Care+? If so, your chances are not that bad. If not your chances are not that great especially with LOADS of people trying to get a new one to sell before the new iPhone comes out. The timing of the bending is not terribly good, as it is just days before a new release.

Just take it in store. It the phone is in great shape other than the bend, they will probably replace it no questions.

I am going to go into store this weekend and see what they can do.

Also a friend just told me his iPhone 6+ is eligible for camera replacement program so I checked my serial on apples website and it turns out mine is eligible too.

Do you think that could affect the return/replacement process? Should I go in and mention the bend/loose screen/camera replacement at the same time?!

Bend it back. Someone I know managed to bend their iPhone 5s recently. They bent it back and you couldn't really tell the difference unless you looked at it closely.

Not sure I want to risk cracking the screen. It's only a very slight bend... Only noticed when I inspected it because the loose screen keeps clicking and is getting worse.

Also when I was working at the Apple Store, one of the guys there told me the bend is covered under warranty but only if there is no physical damage like the metal isn't dented like it's been abused.

Wondering how likely it is I will get a replacement as I don't want to be stuck with this phone with a loose screen that keeps clicking. Or if they would replace the screen, which would probably become loose again if the left side is bent

Last time I was at the Apple Store it was quite busy but spoke to the guy booking in for the Genius Bar and he said just to come back if it gets worse.

Sorry to bring up an old thread! But this is more of an update..

I have taken my official apple leather cover off my 6 plus today for he first time in a while. And noticed straight away my phone is now more twisted than it has ever been! It is very obviously twisted.

The screen is loose and clicks if i press on it anywhere near the top of the screen.

I have not contacted apple yet about this and the phone is over 12 months old. Where do I stand when it comes to repairs? I've read people getting turned down and people getting replacements! I don't want them to say it's somehow my fault.. As I look after it and have had the case since I bought the phone!!

Take it to Apple. See what they say first. Then you'll have some options. You're flying blind right now and none of us can really answer the questions you have.

Not blaming you, but your story sounds suspect. I say this because you only noticed your screen clicking after you took off your leather case? So your leather case kept it together?

If you don't have AppleCare+ or any other type of insurance, you will more than likely pay for the repairs out of pocket. Take it in and see what they say. We really can't help you here at all.

My 6 bent slightly over time. Pretty slight though. I never had any screen clicking or any of that though.

Bring it to Apple. If the phone looks in otherwise great condition you might get lucky. Just be honest and tell them exactly your experience.
