6+ Stuck at 99%

got my 6+ today after setting it up installing all apps etc the phone died, plugged it into charge at 5pm it is now 9:33 PM and phone seems stuck on 99% is this normal?

Thanks, as I was going to do that phone was at 100... Guess I shouldn't jump to conclusions
