I've been playing around with the signature block of my iPhone and was wondering if people are using anything more clever then "Sent from my iPhone".

What are you using? Let me know!

I just use "Sent from my mobile"

"From my iPhone" just seems strange and a bit arrogant.

removing any sort of auto-signature is the very first thing I do on most of my emails accounts. ESPECIALLY on personal email from a mobile device.

I use the email for text messaging, and it was a little ridiculous to have every message end with "--Jimmy" so I just got rid of it. But whenever I use the email for email I manually enter a signature.

I left the default signature, but added in a row of dashes above it to separate it from the body of the email. I keep the signature so people know if they get a short or abrupt email it's only because I'm not at my computer.

Mine is the same as on my PC:

Regards,
______________
xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.(name)
Mobile: xxxxxxxxxxx
Email: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Which, in many ways, was why I kept it...

:D

Mine is of the form...

Mohan Krishnan

"some quote" -- source

Which actually reminds me that I intended to change the quote and should actually do it. It differs from the tagline my work e-mail account uses in Outlook, so I can still use it as a subtle cue that I'm not replying from my desk (and also keep track of how I sent the message myself).

I use mine quite a bit for work.

I have my Name, Title, Company Name, branch location, work phone, mobile phone #, fax number and two quotes:

"I hate quotations" - Ralph Waldo Emerson

And

"Wanting to be someone else is a waste of the person you are." - Kurt Cobain

I also left the "Sent from my iPhone" I like being an arrogant bastard. :D

I really wish you could have multiple signatures so I would have a personal one and a work one.

Wow, that sounds huge.

So it's like this?

Sent from my iPhone

A bit too long for my tastes....

I use one to basically tell people I'm sending something from a phone in hopes they would understand any poor formatting that may come as a result of the phone or me.

Why do people put quotes in their signatures. If you didn't say it then it's not your signature, it's a signature that you identify who ever you're quoting by.

Mine just says "Sent from my iPhone" but I don't think I'm arrogant. I just want people to know that I sent the message from my phone which is why it's brief...

Mine's just my full name. I don't like to think of myself as the "I bought the white iPhone just so people know I have the more expensive one, oh look I can send an e-mail from my phone" type of person. (For the record, I have a black 16gb ;) )
