I have a, erm..., MacBook Pro. Well, I don't, but I think this is the best place for this question.
I have an Eee 1000H hackintosh and according to Activity Monitor, I have >60GB of virtual memory.
I have maxed out my actual RAM at 2GB.
Is this normal? If not, what could I do to reduce the amount of VM being used?
    Thanks guys and gals,
    - Rhys

That's normal. As long as page outs and swap used are low, you are good.

    Ah right, thanks dude.
My page ins and outs are roughly 300MB.
Total swap used at the moment is just under a gigabyte.

Just turn off the monitoring crap and enjoy your computer.
