Been using my 13 ProMAX today and the 120hz Promotion display is a Game changer. Many others have posted that some Apps like Twitter at times is stuttering. Can anyone confirm this or has anyone seen other apps “stuttering”.

In the middle of several books.
It is being reported, that third party apps are currently limited to 60hz.

Apple just needs to remove the 60hz lock on apps. I’m sure it will be done in short order and apps will be updated.

The video demonstrates that scrolling in the Settings app is only 90 Hz. This has nothing to do with the 60 Hz limitation on third-party apps.

Not totally true.

It says scrolling in 3rd party apps has the Promotion 120hz, only the animations and special effects are capped at 60hz.

I've noticed that in Safari if I flip up to start a long single motion scroll as it slows down there is a very subtle stutter as the scrolling comes to a stop. Its are the very last moments of the scroll. Once you see it, it will drive you (me) crazy.
