Maybe you can tell the people at the Apple store your plight and they'll have mercy on a struggling student wanting to go big and give you the big one with 64gb.

They may even give you a 128gb.

You're going to want to take pictures and video with this phone, its great! That eats ALOT of space. An 11 second slow motion video took 60 MB. Pictures can take 3 to 10MB each.

iOS takes up like 4 or so GB so you really only 12GB which does not go far in life.

I say the 6, there are too many moments where you want to use one hand and whip out your phone to text or shoot a photo. Last thing you want is fidgeting around with two hands.

at the moment i have a 64gb iPhone 6 , but am considering returning it and getting a 16gb iPhone 6 + , is it worth it ?? time isn't a problem so waiting a month or a month an a half is not a problem . so is the 6+ worth it or should i stick with my 64gb iPhone 6

Wow no contest the 64gb 6

Got my 6 Plus today - it's absolutely amazing and I love it. Though I'd still choose a 64GB 6 over a 16GB 6 Plus as it's critical for me to have a few essential apps and documents, which just are too big for a 16GB phone.

Can you stretch to a 64GB 6+? Over the lifetime of the phone, the extra money you pay today for 64GB really makes little difference.

Otherwise, I'd stick with the 64GB 6. But I may use it completely differently to you.

I'll have to agree with this. I couldn't go with a 16 gb any apple device and always have to delete apps or photos in order to install something.. Drives me crazy. If you can't go with the 64 GB 6+, stick with the 6. Just my opinion.

My fiancee is constantly deleting things from her 16 gb phone because she's run out of room, and she hasn't even had it for a year. I had a 32gb 5S and it felt a little tight. I sometimes had to remove music to make room for other things, which wasn't the end of the world since more and more streaming services have come on the scene. I'm very glad they went to 64gb for the middle option on these phones, because now I can have it all.

Anyway, my point is that the big screen will look nice in the hand but will do nothing for you when you take the best picture of your life and your phone tells you that it's out of space.

i understand , i think I'm a just keep my 64gb 6 then , its clearly going to last me longer and i can finally download my crapload of games i had to delete to use my 16gb iPhone 5

I can't recommend 16GB to any iPhone owner now that iOS 8 is almost 5GB on its own. So 64GB 6. If you had the funds I'd say 64GB Plus easily.

I honestly want to know how many of these games do you really play? Personally I hate clutter so I delete photos/videos/games that I will not play after the first few days/moments of amazement. Well it just could be that I do not have the time to play games because either I am at work/with family or friends:S

Between the two I'd suggest the 64gb iPhone 6.

I'd really suggest trying to save up the extra $100 and getting the 64gb iPhone 6+ though.

The 16gb model, probably, isn't going to be enough storage especially given you'd have less useable space than that taking in to account space that the OS takes up.

I had this exact same dilemma. My 64 6 Plus is arriving tomorrow.

I had no choice but to find the extra as I realised that I wouldn't be satisfied with either of the others.

only thing is i just can't justify paying the extra $100 , over the already $100 i paid , i usually get the base 16gb , see I'm not that heavy of a user , i have lots of music(a lot songs), i can get through a day with using the iPhone 5's battery and i don't take pictures or barely take pictures(i have 18 photos in my library) , i usually just use my phone to search the web on the go or read the news or use wolfram alpha and google for hw or listen to music or for google maps cause i don't have a gps , i have games bought that i had to delete but honestly i don't even play them anymore , so with deleting all my excess apps that i only use when i go on trips (once a year) ; i have used so far with my current music/apps/photos is around 9.2 gb ; now the thing with 64gb is the freedom , to download apps/movies for when i do go on trips , but its manageable , the only thing is if i do get a 6+ , i don't really use it for video or gaming or photos , i use it for information , and on top of that I'm 5'7" , my hands are normal sized , so i don't really know if i want to get a 6+ ,plus i have a 15" retina mb for videos ,movies , and i have an 3rd gen iPad retina(which i gave to my dad cause i didn't use it ) , so thinking it through i don't really need a 6+ and i especially don't want to spend an extra $100 over my extra $100 , which as a college student is a 4 weekends worth of entertainment if budgeted properly
