I'd say definitely for the 5th gen handset. It would be a travesty if 32 GB was the max, considering the 3GS and 4 both had it as the largest option. They even offer a 64 GB iPod touch, don't they? They have been because it takes less room to stuff 2x32GB, given that it doesn't have all the extra guts of an iPhone. I'm assuming by now 64 GB modules are available but who knows.
