the way he eats it.......and the drink he has..........exites me..........

ice cubes in coke or lemonade i think............

thats some good eating...........

post a screenshot, and we'll go from there.

possibly BLT?

You're a strange person bob2131...

i know im strange...people have always told me this.....

BLT? sounds like bacon? i think it did have meat....but kinda white meat...maybe turkey.....

bacon is not healthy so im not gonna do that.... i only eat brown wholemeal bread...but seeing W....made me eat white this week!

(white bread is white by chemicals etc...not good basically)

Sounds like a plan. Do post the results of this.

BLT = Bacon Lettuce Tomato, it's the pretty generic sandwich, good all round combo of flavour.

Could've been chicken also, was it thin (as in sliced) or quite thick white meat?

God I'm so bored, can't believe I'm helping a guy work out a sandwich...

actaully im gonna hunt down the screenplay on net too....might be some info in there....on specifics of what he is eating.......

the sandwich was fairly thin..... meat if any, was thin sliced.... yeah chick or turkey possibley...but im gonna make a vegetarian version..........

cheese.....olives.... jalapeno peppers....thin diced..... bit of cucumber..... bit of pickle.... maybe pepporoni.........

"God I'm so bored, can't believe I'm helping a guy work out a sandwich..."....lol

Just don't eat pretzels when trying to re-enact his eating habits.

1. Yes.
2. Vegetarian means no meat.
3. Pepperoni is meat.

so im guessing the bacon is cooked first....then eat cold... bit chewy and hard id say.....
yeah im a part time vegetarian...i hear processed meat is bad news....so i try to avoid it.....

so any other stuff i can put in that im missing??

HAHAHAH AHAHHAHA AHAHHA

he actually makes those pretzels and beer look good tooo...

no im sticking to the sandwich thanks.

man my mouth is watering...im heading straight to 24hour supermarket after work and buying the goods.

BLT can be with hot or cold bacon , but ye not good preservatives in pig meat ....what about a chicken or Tuna steak melt?

*NB do not use tinned Tuna must be a steak to get the correct muchie beating effect tinned tuna is full of crap too

anyways ....
Get some nicely made bread- lightly toasted , a thin spreading of organic mayo( both slices of toast) , lettuce , chicken or Tuna steak grilled with a small amount of good quality cheese melted over , a sprinkle of black pepper and a mild jalapeno on the cheese takes you up a notch . sometimes I add very finely sliced red or green cabbage but I only add the cabbage with the chicken version and I don't do meat that often ... enjoy

Have it with a milkshake of your choice, I like banana milkshake made wi fresh banana yoghurt and milk( I use sweet soy milk) and a pinch of nutmeg

:D

tinned tuna is mega processed ...like anything in tins.

it's a simple toasted sandwich , its just I'm crap at explaining my self with text on a screen

just toast some bread ,

put a tuna steak under the grill or on a griddle or in a pan ,

then put some mayo and lettuce on the toast you just cooked ,

then put the cooked tuna steak on the toast and sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the tuna

bung that back under a grill till the cheese bubbles

then sprinkle the cheese with pepper or stick a jalapeno on it and then put the other piece of toast on top.

and enjoy.

~m

PS.
Try nuts as a healthy source of protein

good tips there...thankyou....

man... it was an anti climax.....bought all the goods.... stuffed the sandwich....it was a mixed up mash up of everything...clashing of foods i think too.......although tuna mayo sweetcorn was good....first time i made this.......

iver realised W. sandwich is thin....compared to mine....think he just has lettuce turkey/chicken and cheese and butter on his.....
