67W vs 96W fast charger for M2 MBA?

Will the 96W charger, charge faster?

Or does the 67W “max out” the charging speed of the M2 MBA?

It’s only a £10 difference, between the two chargers.

Don’t want to damage my battery, though. Does fast charging cause premature aging of the battery?
