6S+ phones ordered through ATT.com, not apple or Apple app, what's your delivery date?

Thats what I was thinking when I ordered my 16 GB space gray 6s plus on 9/28. Turns out I was wrong my order has been "in progress" for 13 days now. I was hopping the smallest phone in the least desirable color would ship fast. looks like my 4s will have to keep pushing a while longer

You might want to cancel and re-order, that's what I did.
Edit: Upon a closer look at your post, are you in Europe? I wonder if that might have something to do with it.

No I am in Washington DC, but I am ordering as an upgrade to a two year contract if that would affect anything.
Also which model size/color did you order?

A 6S Plus 64 GB Space Gray. My original order, which I cancelled, was a 6S Plus 128 Gold.

Just placed my order for the same model as you through AT&T Premier. What shipping method does AT&T use? Is it overnight or 2-day shipping? Thanks!

So, I tried other portals to check my AT&T order. When I try the usual "check order status" webpage I get the same status I've been getting: preparing to ship, estimated 10/28-11/4.
I've done the "call *6737#" to get my order status texted to me before and it's been the same. However, when I try it now, no answer after I text back which way I want to search for the order (texting "1" for wireless number). Tried multiple times, still nothing.
I also tried calling the automated order status number and all it says is "we were unable to locate your order."
What the crap is going on? Does this mean my order is lost or has been accidentally cancelled by AT&T??

Hi. So I've pre-ordered in the past and this is the first time I'm ordering the new phone so late, but I did it.
First time doing it through AT&T.com

My
Apple iPhone 6s Plus - 64GB - Rose Gold
says it has a ship date of 11/30/15 - 12/07/15*
which is ridiculous...

when do you guys think it will be moved up to, if at all? Anyone else with the same shipping date?

If you go by the responses here, it's all over the map.

Best bet is to just assume you won't get your phone until late-November and then it's a pleasant surprise if it comes earlier.

In my case it was overnight through Fed Ex, since it was Saturday, my package arrived today.

Did you receive your phone? I haven't, yet. Tracking info still shows a package from last year. Weird.

Edit: i called UPS and they said the label was recreated today, so it hasn't shipped despite ATT sending the email on Sat.

You can attempt cancelling and re-ordering, that's what I did when I ordered your exact same model but it's also sort of a leap of faith. I placed my order Saturday at around 11:00 AM and had a shipment confirmation email within two hours after. Hardly seems fair based on some of the posts I've read here.

I ordered a 64gb Rg on October 1 for my wife and just got shipping notification. It's delivering on Wednesday. It had a shipping date of 11/18-11/25

So, the SG, 6S+ 128gb that I ordered on the 2nd, says was shipped on 10/10 (and a used UPS tracking number), now has accurate shipping data, shipped the 10th, will be in my mitts on Wednesday.....

Now what case to get......

When you order thru Apple you can pre sign. What about att shipping by fedex? Do I need to be home to sign? Or can I somehow do A pre sign or will they leave it ? Thanks for the help.

my two other orders shipped ups and fedex. neither required signature. they left at door.

Nice! I feel dumb now for waiting so long. I ordered the same thing on 10/7 after trying to hunt one down at an ATT store for 2 weeks. Hopefully, mine will ship this week.

P.S. Forget the case these things are big enough without one. I just slap a clear skin on the back to keep it from getting scratched up. =)

I went into the AT&T store near my house today, and just just for giggles I thought I'd try out the 'why isn't my phone shipping? Is it canceled? Should I reorder? Why did Becky and joe get there's?' To see if whining a tad would yield the same results some forum users are experiencing i.e a few hours later magically their shipping info comes through. After being reassured that my order is valid and processing, I exited the store completely unsurprised.
Fast forward 3 hours and boom! My iPhone 6s+ 64gb gold has shipped!
Coincidence? Maybe. But it makes ya wonder.... Don't act like you won't be trying this. It could t hurt!

ESD 10/26 -11/07
Shipped 10/12

Just for more insight, my wife's order:

No tracking info available for my gold yet. One strange thing, my order is being shipped to the ATT store, and although my wife's phone is shipping there as well, hers shipped ups, mine is shipping USPS.. I found that a bit odd... Possibly a transfer from another store?
Thought I'd be last. Hang in there people!

I ordered mine on 9/30 at about 8:18AM est, and mine shipped 10/1, received 10/2, Fedex did overnight or ATT did. I didn't need to sign for anything, they handed it to me, said here you go and have a great day, said the same lol.

I think ATT is doing different shipping for everyone, some get overnight, luckly mine was shipped on a Thursday overnight to Friday, if done on Friday I wouldn't gotten it till Monday since it was weekday overnight.

I think the shipping is a luck of the draw, I didn't pay any extra for the overnight, as they said or the website said between 10/28 and 11/5 to ship. Also was Silver 6S+ 128GB.
