6s Plus Getting Very Hot!

I'm setting up my 6s Plus now through iTunes and the side by the power button is extremely hot to the touch. Anyone else noticing this?

Sounds normal to me, it's charging and doing a lot of processing for the set up 🙂

Lag, heat, all par for the course during setup and the following hour or so.

Mine got a bit warm for my liking too and is a tad over room temp now after being plugged in for an hour. As already mentioned, the set up will play absolute torture on the phone even for a short while after. Give it a little while and restart it, I've actually also had to restart my last 3 new computers (iMac included) after the stress of initial set up.

This always happens when setting up new phones, with indexing , etc., etc. Give it a few hours and stop worry about it.

You guys were right. It's finished transferring and now it's cooled down.

Yup, even the 6 pluses do that. Nothing to worry about.
