To the consumer, buying from Apple's refurbished unit storefront is a great value, as all all units are certified in like-new operational shape and all exterior pieces are replaced with brand new parts.

I don't think that most list or mention that their device might have been replaced by Apple at one point or another. It's just a used device as it would be if it was used from day 1 as brand new.
