6sPlus Reservation not showing up in apple store

    I made a reservation to pick up the 6splus at a local apple store because I wanted to do the installment plan. I got the confirmation e-mail and everything with the right model and instructions on what to do, but when I check the "my reservations" tab in the apple store app it says I have no reservations coming up.

    the only thing i get is under the "orders" tab with my iphone 6 i bought last year.

    This happen to anyone else?

    Yeah it happens to me too. The reservations on the app is for Genius Bar reservations only and such. Under orders it will only show if you purchased it and paid for it but if you only did a reservation like me, all we have is our confirmation email.

    Yea don't worry that's normal. Since its not a traditional reservation in their system its not going to show up on your list. As long as you got your email confirming it you are clear. I spoke to a representative about this and they also told me that you will be getting another confirmation email a day prior to the release so 24th be on the look out. :)

    I wondered the same thing. Glad to know I'm not the only one. :)

    Just call ur local apple retail store directly. They have ur reservation. I called my apple store and I was confirmed for 6s plus silver 64gb at 430pm. Still have to decide full price or Apple upgrade program. Tough decision.

    So I have two phones 1 6s gold and 1 6s+ SG both 128GB ordered via apple.com and the charge just went through. I also have two of the same reserved in store. You think that's gonna be a problem? I figured I didn't want to camp out this year like I have for the last 5 years (I will miss the camaraderie though).

    From what I read, if you miss your reservation time, you lost your phone for the day. If that's the case, do you think I may be able to swap the 6s gold for a 6s+ gold 128GB if they have it?

    Can I change or cancel my reservation?
    You can’t change or cancel your reservation online. If, however, you’d like to change the model you reserved, a Specialist can check the availability of a different iPhone when you come in at your scheduled time. Due to high demand, the availability of some models and reservation times may be limited.
    What if I’m late for my reservation time?
    If you’re late, or if you miss your scheduled time altogether, we may not be able to hold the model you reserved, and you may have to make another reservation. So please arrive as close to your check-in window as possible.
