With 7.1 beta out for testing could we see another small update 7.0.5 before 7.1 released to the public sometime in January?

Only if they uncover a specific bug that needs to be addressed now rather then later.

We might or we might not--the only realistic answer, and one that doesn't really tell anyone anything.

It's still in Beta 1...likely not out for at least another month. Anyway, it's all speculation. Nobody here can give you an exact date at this point.

That was exactly my point: I don't think they are going to release 7.1 any soon.
We have to expect 7.0.5 and maybe 7.0.6 before it ...

Unless there's some major flaw in 7.0.4 (like a lock screen bug) then we won't see anything before 7.1 in January.

Safari on the iPhone is a big bug too.

CONSTANTLY reboots my phone and crashes to the home screen.

Must be a specific site causing that. I have had a couple of crashes to the home screen (happened on previous versions of iOS also) but have never had Safari reboot my phone.

One was Forbes, one was ESPN, one was actually this site, and can't remember the others...

Not just a single site though.

Like I said, I've never had that happen. I hope iOS 7 .1 fixes that for the people having that issue though. That sounds really annoying.
