I believe it against forum policy to distribute them. You look hard enough you can find anything but it's "officially" developer only.

Only developers. Also, you can't ask for links. These releases are for developers only.
Having said that, downloading it right now from ***.
P.S If you can't find these links by yourself, you shouldn't play with beta versions anyway.

There's nothing good/new in 7.1B1 other than a dark keyboard and some bug fixes. That's it so you're not missing anything!
