UPS is so good, they go back in time
Departed from Korea 10/06 and arrived in U.S at 10/05........AMAZING!!!!
Yeah, at least two planes have taken off with our phones just sitting there in Incheon. I looks like it all comes down to expected delivery dates. Some phones are leaving China a bit behind ours but getting to the US quicker. UPS has a pretty sophisticated system, and right now they are filling their planes with other stuff. They're not stupid, and I'll bet every plane is full or our phones would have left by now. Most (if not all) of the folks who were supposed to get their phones Monday are going to actually receive them today. So I'll bet they get ours out of Korea and into our sweaty palms by the end of the day Thursday, just like their website says. And don't forget, Apple gave us October 7-11 dates, so we're still getting them a day early.
Mine has been sitting in Louisville since yesterday at noon, but I just checked UPS and it had its "Import Scan" done about an hour ago.

True, but there are people that ordered after us, that got the vague October dates, that paid for express shipping and are already getting their phones before us.
iPhone has been on UPS delivery truck for 6 hours now. Isn't that how long it took to fly from Korea to Alaska?
Don't worry brother, if ups says it's coming today. It's coming today. Hours instead of days. We did the days already.
It should arrive in Alaska this afternoon, then go on to Louisville, KY around 1 AM tomorrow morning, then off to your nearest UPS hub early tomorrow to be loaded on to a truck and sent out for delivery. It is an amazingly quick journey once they leave Korea, as long as UPS doesn't 'lose' your iPhone like they did mine.
Nice. Mine arrived in Louisville on the same flight yesterday, but I've been waiting for it to leave! Agh.
