Hello, I have my i7 128gb.

After I have upgraded to 10.2 (it could be just a coincidence though) the screen won't turn on for 3-4 sec. The power button is completely useless at the time. The Home button makes taptic vibrate but the screen would be black for about 3-4sec.
Raise to wake is enabled.
Have you encountered this?

I've encountered this several times on the 7 Plus and the iPad Air 2 but it's only when I've been on speaker phone and hit the lock button. I'm unable to get the display to light up again for 3-4 seconds.

Have you been able to resolve it?

When I turned it off and back on again I have yet to see it happen. Good news!

My 6+ 128gb had this problem. I just lived with it because it happened once or twice a month. My 6s+ has never had this problem. Never found a solution - didn't really care cuz it didn't happen too frequently.

I feel like restarting your phone is the first thing everybody should do before creating a thread here. lol

100% way to reproduce the problem:
1) receive a call/call somebody;
2) talk...
3) hang by pressing Power button;
4) wait 10-15 sec;
5) try to unlock your phone: you probably won't be able to for 3-5 sec. It will remain black whatever you press, taptic engine vibrates, nothing happens.
