7.5 Watt Wireless Charger Iphone 8/X

I'm looking for a wireless charger for the Iphone X that supports 7.5 watt output. Will any 3rd party charger that uses QC 2.0 or 3.0 charge an iphone at 7.5 watts? Trying to avoid the $60 chargers sold at apple. Additionally, I already have a QC 2.0 and QC 3.0 charging brick from my android days.
