Isn't the app featured by Chris Jordan and created by Johnson & Johnson better? It sure does look better. And Chris Jordan was the original creator of the 7 minute workout.

The Johnson & Johnson app was apparently just release Jan 2. At first I was dubious, but unless the author is an out and out liar, this excerpt from his publicity page seems to back him up as the originator of the workout popularized by the NY Times:
"Chris designed a practical body weight circuit workout that is became known in the media as the "7-minute workout. He and Brett Klika co-authored the peer-reviewed article High-Intensity Circuit Training Using Body Weight in the American College of Sports Medicines Health & Fitness Journal which led to the Gretchen Reynolds blog The Scientific 7-Minute Workout in The New York Times and generated significant media coverage. Chris has been interviewed about the workout by ABC World News with Diane Sawyer, NPR, CNN, Sirius XMs Doctor Show, The Laura Ingraham Show, Mens Journal, Womens Health, Shape, and more."
I'm willing to give it a try, the app stores on all 3 platforms have lots of paid and unpaid alternatives, the most important thing to me is the LOUDNESS it's hard to hear the countdown when you are doing the exercises vigorously.
BTW if I am in the mood for the most benefits - which means doing the exercises all-out - I actually have to warm up first. The irony.
Fook me, I just bought it! This has happened to me several times recently so I've decided no more purchases and eventually, if I can cope with the cold turkey, I might just give up my iPhone as the hardware is now just too samey and boring.
Sorry, just dreaming there. But one has to now and again!
