7 Plus - How to keep at eye level in a plane?

I'm trying to downsize from a TB 15 inch, ipad, and iphone. So I went with the Macbook and iPhone 7 Plus.

i travel a lot. And I mean a lot. Lots of planes. I want to stop keeping my neck bent forward to look at my device for hours on end. How can I keep the iPhone at eye level in a plane? Any specific cases that can do this?

The planes don't already have displays?

Maybe some iPad-style folding case that'll support it on the tray, keeping it slightly higher than your lap.

Otherwise you can do a whole lot of front raises and develop some serious shoulders
