7 plus weird at&t issue acts like a sprint?

Just curious if anyone else has this issue?
I am an AT&T customer since the first iPhone. I received my 7 plus in the first batch,
phone works on the AT&T network like it supposed to except one issue:
when I dial 0 it says user the 0 "sprint operator"
