I ordered two cases from SGP and one of them arrived with the corner piece busted. I immediately went to their web page and clicked on the "contact us" link which brought up a contact form with a submit button. I filled it out twice and so far no reply?

I heard others say their customer service was great?

It was my case that was broke (wife got a pink one) and I actually bought the Airjacket that I really like but I paid for the other one so I wouldn't mind having it replaced.

Maybe they didn't get it or you have a filter on. I emailed them early morning, about 1 am or so and got a reply around 12:30 today, then emailed them right back about canceling my order so I could get a different case they have, they canceled it and emailed me back 15min later. Great customer service!
 
When I have been in contact with SGP via email they have replied very quickly.
