I ordered two cases from SGP and one of them arrived with the corner piece busted. I immediately went to their web page and clicked on the "contact us" link which brought up a contact form with a submit button. I filled it out twice and so far no reply? I heard others say their customer service was great? It was my case that was broke (wife got a pink one) and I actually bought the Airjacket that I really like but I paid for the other one so I wouldn't mind having it replaced.
