SSDs are crazy expensive. I'm looking for a happy medium between space/speed/price. I have a 500GB 7200 RPM right now, just not enough space between Mac/Windows both being on here.

I am definitely buying a lacie HDD with thunderbolt when they come out.

Seagate Constellation.2 ST91000640NS 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 2.5" SATA 6.0Gb/s Enterprise-class

Does anyone know if this fits in Macbook Pros???

I'm assuming no cause of the "Enterprise-class" part. But it'd be sweet if it did...

If I put a Scorpio Black 750GB into an optibay (late-2011 MBP 15"), will the HDD be noisy & with noticeable vibrations? More than it would be in the HDD bay?

I plan to use it for music, pics, movies, etc. storage mostly.
