That don't opt to use the title (given a paid subscription)?

This would be on your honor, as we would never know if you truly were a MR contributor.... Just curious!
 
I can't imagine there are many out there. I mean, unless you're some kind of post whore that gets your kicks from watching your processor status increase, I don't see much point in it.
 
Why does it matter. Those folks chose not to display their support status so asking them to come forward is doing something they probably don't want to do in the first place.
 
i was a "stealth" demi for awhile, then for some reason it reverted back to the demi-god title (probably didn't renew fast enough or something) and i never really saw a reason to change it back. /shrug
 
I was stealth for a while as well at one point. Too bad I can't be a stealth mod... ;)

There's probably a lot more than you think. If they don't take the user title, then what makes anyone think they'll come forward here?

I can't imagine anyone would post in this thread if they wanted to remain an anonymous contributor. It just wouldnt make sense. It would draw unwanted attention towards themselves, and that would be silly.

OP: Why dont you just pony up the 25$ and see who is or is not a "stealth" demi. Hell, you could become one. ;)

I'm stealth. You can tell if you stare at my user title for 5-10 minutes, it will turn into 'macrumors 601'. Don't blink or it won't work.

I'm tempted to prefer the numbers...But, I don't believe that this is the right place to have the stealth-outing, but I've said too much...Please don't strike again Doctor Q.
 
Perhaps the Stealth Demi, are spys for the non demi, and dont want to be reconized by the demis.........;)
