My wife is a Dentist and loves her iPhone. She uses Epocrates and other applications to look up information on it all the time.

And play BeJeweled. She is seriously addicted to that app.

I work in the medical industry and yes, a lot of doctors seem to LOVE this phone.

My wife's 2 doctors both have an iPhone. My daughter's pediatrician has an iPhone, and my doctor has an iPhone.

All I do is either help them JB them, or send them emails all the time for cool apps to use (from a business standpoint, I'm also self employed).

Maybe there's a business opportunity I'm missing....

8 out of 10 MacRumors Forum Users prefer OP's that can spell. 2 out of 10 users don't know what I'm talking about.


But yes, the iphone is sweet. About half of the residents in my program have one including myself. Great medical apps!

I recently came out of hospital, and the doctors (two) looking after me both had iphones. They noticed mine and commented too...
