iPod 7th gen Nano differences between 2012 and 2015?

7th generation iPod Nano differences between 2015 and 2012? I see sellers selling both silver versions MKN22LL/A (2015) and MD480LL/A (2012 discontinued) at similar discount. Any advantages of one over the other?

No responses. I'm assuming it was just color additions and no technical changes.

I believe it was just color changes. The same applies to any of the iPods with color changes mid-cycle, like the iPod shuffle (which had like 3 sets of color swaps during the 4th gen life), or the 4th gen iPod touch (where they added white in 2011).
