8.0.2 Screen transitions don't expand or contract?

I'm not seeing the normal transitions when an app is closed. When an app is closed, the screen simply reverts to the folder without the "shrinking" animation.

Is there a setting to toggle this on/off?

Doh.

NM.

It's "reduce motion" under accessibility.
