8.3 - FaceTime over Cellular error AT&T

Anyone else getting an error saying u must be connected to a Cellular or wifi netowrk? I can only FaceTime over wifi now after upgrading to 8.3

Works fine when I'm on wifi but keeps giving me errors over cellular. My wife's 6+ works fine on 8.3. I'm using a 6+ also

mines is fine. maybe try to reset network settings and see if that helps

You have to call AT&T. You have to have the iPhone registered with them (IMEI) and a data plan that allows it. If you switched sims from another phone data will work, but the iPhone needs to be registered with at&t for hotspot and FaceTime over data to work.
