i got mine to say 10:05 once and only once....after that though I never see more than about 6 hours on it....

Get the gfxcardstatus app, this will increase your battery life tremendously by forcing the computer to use the intel graphics all the time until you need the nvidia....

I usually get about 5-6 hours outa mine (13" MBP) But thats just medium web browsing...

what brightness setting? apple tests theirs at approx. 50% brightness. also, it depends on what you're doing at the time.
