Ordered and REALLY looking forward to this. I had a scout of the thread and saw a few references to Late 2012 Mac Mini, sorry if I'm going over old ground but is there a plan for an adaptor/solution to work with them? We have one (and a Late 2011 MBP this is destined for) so if I can move the SSD to the other bay I'm intrigued to see if it'll work in it. Thanks for the work!

It's possible but would require a new design from the ground up, plus we would need a few different mac minis to test on.

Since OWC hasn't responded yet, I think if several people contact them regarding this project/product their interest might pick up.

was lucky enough to grab one, glad I moved so quickly. grateful for the SMS notification, was able to purchase within 8 minutes of getting the notice.

happy to squeeze a few more years of life out of this free computer I got from work!
 
I’ve got a 2012 MacMini as well; but I put the OWC drive doubler in it—not quite as big of a deal now with the price of large SSDs; but still nice (and easier to free up a bay).

Ordered based on the forum notification (went through about a minute before the email & SMS from the product page).

It feels good to be apart of the lucky 35 members to get one of these bad boys, I waited what feels like 6 months to finally get one
