Have a macbook air that isn't getting much power on any of the PP5v rails.
Sometimes I get a green light, sometimes an orange light, sometimes no light at all.

PPDCIN_G3H = 17.19v
PPBUS_G3H = 8.22v
PP3v42_G3H = 3.41v

originally, I noticed that with the rails like
PP5V_S5 = 0v
but now pp5v_s5= I am getting everything from 2.5-4.5v

hi
i have received macbook air 1466 (820-3437) for repairing which is power dead
and i have checked everythink there is no water and moisture damage
custommer say after it was going to sleep for long time then not turning on

i have
ppbus g3h
pp5v_s5
pp3v42_g3h
and more

please suggest me what should i do in this case { after sleep then not turning on }

Try this: power off the unit, disconnect the battery from the logic board, connect the charger and don't touch the machine. Hopefully, after about 30 seconds, the machine will turn on by itself. If it doesn't turn on by itself, leave the battery disconnected, disconnect the trackpad cable, connect the magsafe, and see if it turns on by itself.
