8800 gts 320mb in Mac Pro

I have a spare 8800 gts 320mb graphics card from a previous computer and would like to know if it can be flashed to work in my 08 mac pro?

No. Only G92 8800GT(S) cards can be made to work in Mac OS.

If you have a primary card, it might. I have used several nvidia cards with NVDarwin.kext 1.2.5 in a mac pro.

Yet another example of why we need to figure out Nvidia ROM stitching.

There IS a Quadro card for Mac based on G80. From that EFI we could in theory add many of the G80 cards.....IF WE KNEW HOW TO STITCH NVIDIA EFI.
