8GB iPhone users : how much storage space do you have left?

im thinking about possibly getting the 8gb iphone 3G on the 11th, but im unsure if 8gb is enough storage. my music will take up about 4gb of space, but i want to be able to put a movie on it from time to time, or a couple of tv episodes for long travel journeys and some apps from the appstore . do you think 8gd is right for me?

Ps. i have no idea how much storage is taken up by contact data or other things i may have ovelooked, so could you give me a rough idea how much space they will take up.

I've got about 200 contacts, 200 songs, around 20 podcast, 1 movie, and one short movie on mine and this is what it looks like.

I'll be getting a 16GB iPhone 3G when it comes out to make room for awesome programs.
