8gb vs 4gb difference, any one else notice?

😀😀So I have an 8gb and my friend and her husband both have 4gb models. Another guy I know has an 8gb model and I noticed today an odd difference. On the silence switch on the 8gb models there is no little diagram, on the 4gb models there is a picture of a bell.

Anyone with an 8gb model got the little bell on the switch?😀😀

Talking about the iPhone, right? The 2G iPhone? My 4GB has no bell symbol next to the switch. 😕

I had a 4GB original iPhone and believe me, there was no bell picture on the switch.

To the OP: Perhaps this is a dumb question but was the picture actually on the switch or did the person have a jailbroken iPhone with the silent icon in the menu bar?

Whenever I hear people talking about the week of manufacture, that's exactly what I think. 😛
