That's normal. Due to the jailbreak method, the low space warning is almost guaranteed.

Won't give you the perfect amount of space, but it does increase it some. No idea if/when it will/can be fixed, since it seems stashing can't be utilized with the method of JB that Pangu did this time. (in as far as being able to use reset settings, etc. and a few other things).
