I updated from the last PB of 9.3 to the public release from yesterday and my clock on my iPhone is one hour behind now. My settings show me in the correct time zone of Eastern. If I turn off "Set Automatically" it jumps ahead an hour to the correct time, but shouldn't it know the correct time when set automatically?

I also confirmed in system settings that location services is on for setting time zone.
[doublepost=1458666831][/doublepost]The time is correct on my iPad on 9.3, settings are the same but the time zone on the iPad says "New York" and on my iPhone it says Etc/GMT+5, not sure why it's different just on my phone.

Yup. I've had the same exact thing happening. Started one afternoon with 9.3 PB 6 and corrected itself after a few hours. Happened again with 9.3 PB 7 and once again corrected itself. Haven't seen it since "upgrading" to 9.3 public release. At first I thought it was a t-mobile thing, but my other t-mobile devices on my account weren't having the issue.
