The iPad that will be announced tomorrow will be prices exactly the same as the current iPad Air 2. It will replace the iPad Air 2. The iPad Pro is a far more powerful high end iPad.
You know you can just not install Adobe flash, right? Either way, each person can have their own device preferences. With Adobe Flash still dominate, i started to use my iPad air & keyboard more and actually prefer it. I am so sick of Adobe flash and how much of a battery drain it is on my MBP.

Problem is that a lot of desktop designed websites won't function as it is expecting flash installed. But when i surf the web on my iPad, I don't have that problem as the site knows that I'm not running Adobe flash and they have an alternative ready for it. (hope that makes sense).
Makes total sense. I haven't encountered that much personally (and I always fall back to chrome when Safari has issues), but I can see it being a frustration if it hobbles the websites you frequent. And I agree iPads can be nice for web browsing. I guess my quandary will be whether they are $800+ nice![]()
That's not the reason why I'm buying (or planning) to buy the new IPad. One of the main reasons is that my dad just switched from Samsung to an iPhone and I'm planning to give him my iPad.
How long does it usually take for the new products to reach the stores in Canada following an announcement? I.e. if the new iPad is available online right after the keynote, can we expect the iPads to be in-store the next day, later in the evening?
I would just go to the store. If we pre-order the new iPad on Thursday are they delivered on the 31st, or do they ship it on the 31st? Still debating if I should go in store on the 31st or pre-order Thursday.
