I have been trying to clean up my computer a bit so I cleared about about 18gbs from iTunes, straight out of iTunes. It asked if I wanted to delete the music I said "yes", it then asked if I wanted to delete from my computer and I said "yes" as well. In my iTunes it shows I have 72 gbs of music where my iTunes folder shows 90 gbs. And the music I deleted is not in the folder, so I feel as it did it's job?

Wow, videos....Totally forgot those are in the iTunes folder as well. I am a moron. That's all it took, thanks for the help. And I really don't have that much music, I am a huge Dave Matthews Band fan and have A LOT of live albums so I believe have of my library belongs to them...

maybe you deleted some music but didnt send to trash, so songs not in iTunes could still be in the folder.
