I read everything, I know I'm just worrying and I'm sure the calibration is off or so I hope but show 6 life cycles and a battery health of 94%. Hope thats wrong. It's only been ~7 days of use.

You didn't read everything, including the posts in this thread and the Battery FAQ I posted in post #3. If you had read all that, you would know that there's nothing to worry about.

Well, considering my mbp 2010 is11 months old and at 92% health...not really sure. Hopefully it won't continue to die at that rate...

11 months at 8%? youre making it sound like thats fast. i mean i have a 2008 uMB that wont hold a charge longer than 5 minute

I did read the very helpful links you provided, :)

This is my third macbook, so I'm familiar with the battery life span. I'm pretty sure I'm just worried over nothing. I just wanted to document I shared the same concern as the OP.

ok my MBP is less than month old!!!! I'm worried as this is NOT NORMAL! It's dropping seriously!!!!:(

I read the thread...and yes I calibrated it as well...
It never went up...so fai is only going down...I understand it fluctuates, but im monitoring it closely and so far it never went up, not even 1%....

I see people have 97-98% with more than 200 load cycles...my with only 16 load cycles being 91% is definitely not normal....
will apple exchange the battery if I go down to the store, it's a new computer!

Not likely, since it's not below 80% and there's nothing wrong with it.

Doubtful, because, EVERYTHING YOU'RE SEEING IS NORMAL.

I had a MacBook Pro that went down to about 80 percent then creeped back up over a month or so.

Thanks for the information! My MBA Mid 2011 has the following stats:

Cycles: 28
Original Max cap: 6700
Current Mac cap: 6296
Health: 93%

I was very very worried until I've read this thread, if it goes down below 80% then I'll take it to Apple, thanks a lot for the information guys! At least now I'm not that worried any more :)
