95-100c mbp 15"

Is it normal for the CPU and GPU of my late 2011 2.4GHz MBP 15" to be at 95C-100C at full load? If this was the temp on my AMD PC I would imminently unplug it! I have been thinking that these temperatures are way beyond normal, so I have stopped playing CIV V on the MBP (also, I get like five FPS on the MBP, and over 100 on the PC with the 7970. Is it harmful to the hardware to have gamed for hours at these temperatures, like I used to do all the time? Will I end up with a MBP like the 2006 iMacs and 2008 MBPs?

At full load, I'd say that's normal.
