MBP Making Creaking Sound?

I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I purchased my MBP not so long ago but when I pick it up or sometimes when I use the trackpad, there is a creaking sound when I click. The sound is almost as if there are keys clanking against each other. I took it in and they replaced the trackpad but that did not fix anything. Wondering if anyone else has this issue. Thanks in advance.
