It does not support DX10.1. It's kind of disappointing that Apple chose the nVidia 9xxx series to promote GPGPU and OpenCL seeing that it doesn't support 64-bit double precision floats. ATI's DX10.1 cards like the HD3xxx and HD4xxx series do 64-bit floats.
