Just Got My White Glass Backplate For My iPhone 4

Ordered it from www.iresq.com with overnight shipping. It arrived very well packaged. Here are some photos. I might be getting a white bumper in the future. Let me know what you guys think. Price was $125 + 13 for overnight shipping. However, this might be steep for most people and might ask why didn't I just get the white iPhone? I simply do not like the white front. Let me know what you guys think.. should I stay with black bumper or get a white on instead?

Its looks great with the black bumper not sure about the white thou.. Im so jealous I hope the price drops a lil when the white phone is actually, but I doubt it ..
 
Eesh, that is really steep but looks awesome. It's all a matter of taste which color you should stick with. Personally, with what you have I'd go with a white bumper just to look more clean...although I'd go with black in certain circumstances...it just depends. Hope that helps.
 
is the for the entire back housing with the plastic around the glass or just the glass itself?

looks like a very simple swap according to the tear-down pictures

I don't understand your question? I think you missed a word. As far as the install goes it's literally a 1 minute process. Just remove the two #00 philips screws from the bottom and slide the cover up and your done. Take off the black and replace with white, then repeat steps. I did it in literally under a minute :D
 
I'm happy that these are already being sold, but I would definitely wait until there's more competition/options so the prices come down.

I'd love to get a replacement backing but I don't see myself every running with my iPhone without a back skin so actual cracks would be the only thing I am afraid of.
 
I'd say white, just so I can see how it looks on the white phone. :p
 
love it, looks my 3GS in a griffin reveal case.

I heard some other user here saying that the white back plate didnt have the flash diffuser. Is this the case? can you get some pics of the camera/flash area on both back plates please?
 
I saw a post from someone else who ordered from iresq and the back plate was missing a piece of the camera. I think it was called the difuser? Was this an issue with your order?
 
I ordered a 9$ version off of ebay. I am not expecting anything of quality, but hope to use it as an alternative to buying a case. I will post pictures when it arrives.

Well said, I love it. It's not bad because I sold my original back for $100. So essentially I got this one for $38. I love it , then again that's me. Everyone is entitled to their opinion

removed the back housing on my phone today (VERY SIMPLE) after feeling it the back once separated from the phone, it is difficult to imagine it costs apple very much money to produce the back piece.
