I hope Apple lifts the 2gb limit for storing music on the watch. The LTE models have 16 GB so they should at least bump it to 8 for music. Id like to have more then 5 playlists when I go running wo the phone etc since streaming when available will drain the battery.

a 16GB watch can only store 2GB of music?

I noticed this too! I tried to sync two playlists (one about 500MB, and one 1.7GB), and I got an out-of-space error.
