A 3rd party video player with PiP

Hey,

Does anyone know any video players that can play a variety of formats - like VLC - but can either do Picture in Picture like iTunes, or can be resized to a small portion of the screen and have videos on top. VLC can't be reduced to a small part of the screen like PiP, and I'd like to have a small window in a corner while I do other things on my MBP.

Any ideas? And yes, I know I can convert videos to something iTunes can play.
